With over 15 years of experience and expertise in recruiting and headhunting, from the Silicon Valley to being the CEO of Aim Recruiting, Victoria understands the true nature of the business and the deeper needs and challenges of her clients, and most importantly how to solve and fulfill those.

With her proven history of successfully placing long term world class talent, Victoria is known amongst her clients for the quality of work and candidates she provides, at all times. She is also known for her incomparable and transparent communication skills and for her ability and talent to attract the best of the best, when it comes to her candidates.

Victoria is an Expert Recruiter, a serial entrepreneur, a mom of her teen boys and has been the CEO and President of Aim Recruiting since March of 2016. She is also a Certified Life Coach, a Certified Law of Attraction Life Coach, and an avid Personal Development Lifelong Self Learner.
